I cant install brizy plugin

Hello,

I had a 500 error that I couldn't solve, so I managed to reinstall the whole WordPress database. However now I can't install the brizy l extension, it told me that the folder already exists. Could you help me? Thanks

  Hi Alain,

  Thank you for reaching out to us.

  It seems that you previously tried to install plugin and installation was failed due to server error. During first attempt plugin folder was already created. Now you need to remove this folder manually. Connect via FTP to your server (or use file manager in your cPanel), and in /wp-content/plugins/ directory remove "brizy" folder. After that, please, try to install plugin again.
