Not Receiving Leads in Forms

Hello Brizy Team,

We have used SMTP and Gmail as sender options for our Forms after the form is submitted. We have provided authentication detail, port number, and everything that is required for action to send us an email - but it's not working!

It always gives us an error stating - YOUR EMAIL WAS NOT SENT'

Please let us know the work around.
