Saved blocks have no thumbnails

As per the attached picture my recent saved blocks do not have any thumbnails. It doesn't matter if they are saved on the cloud or not.

Additionally, I cannot tell if a block is saved or not because the heart icon does not change on the interface.

How can I make this work?

  Thank you for your message.

  I created a private ticket on this request. You had to receive a notification regarding this by email. Could you send to us in that private message the WP credentials to this site? We will check this problem from the dashboard.

  I have this same issue on my staging site and Brizy Cloud. No thumbnail previews, so I cannot tell what anything is.

  Thank you for your message.

  I would like to ask you if the SYNC option has been used for your saved blocks. If you save a block right now, will you have the thumbnail for that block?
