contact form set-up

I can't set up the contact form. I've been testing it and there's an error: 'Your email was not sent'.

  Hi,

  Can you please specify if you have this problem with Brizy WordPress or Brizy Cloud? If WordPress what send method did you configure? Here you can find the available sending method and how they can be configured: https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360043670132-Contact-form-integrations- Please make sure you set everything up correctly.

  Hi Alex, 

  I've configured the gmail method and I've also tried hubspot. The leads are coming through to the cms but not any further and I get this message: Your email was not sent.
