    Can you confirm if your Pro license was purchased with the same email you logged into Brizy Cloud?

    Oh sorry, I mistakenly subscribe to my other account che***50***om  the account supposed to be che***10***om can you please move the project from che***10***om to che***50***om account.

    Hi,

    Unfortunately, we can't move projects from che***10***om to che***50***om account but you can move the Pro license from the che***50***om to che***10***om one. If you agree with this let us know and we will immediately process to this. In such a way for the che***10***om account you will have access to all Pro features and will not need to transfer projects. But if you want to move projects from one account to another one let us know about this and we will guide how to move them.

    Thank you for your confirmation! We already moved the pro license from the che***50***om to che***10***om account. Now, all should work fine and you should have access to all Pro features in the che***10***om account. Could you please delete the browser cache and check it? Also, if you are logged into che***10***om account, could you please log out and then log in again?
