Delayed loading Background in custom asset (custom post type)

Hello,

I used  a custom asset (custom post type)  to build one of my client sites, and I used Image to change the background for every product, but I notice when Load page for the first time the background image which loads from custom asset take a long time, later upload fast because loading from the local cache 

But If using the same layout and add background directly to the page, Background load very fast from the first time

This is an example :

Pages : (Home, About us ) add background direct when building page

Pages : (Foglia, Accessories, Dining) use the custom asset to add background 

This is the Demo website Because I don't want to show my client site, (the same bugs on the client site)

Note: please add more privacy for us,  when I have a problem let me choose to send post as private or public, it takes me time to rebuild part from the site to let test my problem, 

Also please add duplicate project  this future will make development easier

You focus to add more future, but believe me, I found that there is a lot of options missing and there is a lot of bugs that need to solved special in UX for Brizy cloud Builder

We are trying to move our clients to Brizy cloud but the bugs and some important option let us not do that, and you don't have any schedule to fix or add that option, 

I asked you to add the SMTP option to the forum before 2 months and that requested one year ago by other clients and you didn't do anything !!!!

you need a team to fix and add options for the current feature which you have, this is very important to us

    Thank you for your message.

    I have checked your site and I noticed that you have added an image 10x bigger on Assets pages. The background image from the Foglia page has 5000x3535px (600kb) and the Accessories Dining page also has a big resolution, the Home page has 70kb, 10x less. For this reason, the image loads slower on those pages. Please try to upload images with a resolution less than 1000Px in your case, and try to use the TinePNG Optimisation before uploading the image.

    All the posts are approved after they have been examined. If this is a private project, we will not post the comment. We make the posts public so we can help other users if they encounter the same problem.

    At the moment our developers are doing all the best to increase the quality of our site and constantly are adding some improvements in this way. Our developers work hard every day to improve Brizy. We have thousands of issues, and we can’t fix them as quickly as we want. We’ll get there.

    Hi Nelea,

    Thank for your reply but I think the problem from Brizy side, all Images which I used have width: 1024px and size around 100k Also I used TinePNG for all my projects,

    I surprise when you told me that I use in Foglia page image  5000x3535px (600kb) and I check the site and I found that right but that size of Image not what I upload, Brizy Cloud convert my images from small size to big size that really strange !!! Also, that happened on the Main website when I used a custom asset to add the background.

    Please ask Brizy the developers to make a test and they can check the demo site and upload any image  

    If you want I can send you the image files just give me an email becouase this is private project and I don't want to add more info here, you can enter to my demo project then upload the image and check what will happend

    Hi Nelea, 

    it's not a new feature it's a bug in the custom asset function when adding image its make it bigger, why you publish something if it's in beta, I build all my client site depend on custom asset  

    Sorry but this is not accepted at all, we are talking about bugs here not about a new feature
