    Thank you for your message.

    I have checked your site and I noticed that you have added an image 10x bigger on Assets pages. The background image from the Foglia page has 5000x3535px (600kb) and the Accessories Dining page also has a big resolution, the Home page has 70kb, 10x less. For this reason, the image loads slower on those pages. Please try to upload images with a resolution less than 1000Px in your case, and try to use the TinePNG Optimisation before uploading the image.

    All the posts are approved after they have been examined. If this is a private project, we will not post the comment. We make the posts public so we can help other users if they encounter the same problem.

    At the moment our developers are doing all the best to increase the quality of our site and constantly are adding some improvements in this way. Our developers work hard every day to improve Brizy. We have thousands of issues, and we can’t fix them as quickly as we want. We’ll get there.

    Hi Nelea,

    Thank for your reply but I think the problem from Brizy side, all Images which I used have width: 1024px and size around 100k Also I used TinePNG for all my projects,

    I surprise when you told me that I use in Foglia page image  5000x3535px (600kb) and I check the site and I found that right but that size of Image not what I upload, Brizy Cloud convert my images from small size to big size that really strange !!! Also, that happened on the Main website when I used a custom asset to add the background.

    Please ask Brizy the developers to make a test and they can check the demo site and upload any image  

    If you want I can send you the image files just give me an email becouase this is private project and I don't want to add more info here, you can enter to my demo project then upload the image and check what will happend

    Hi Nelea, 

    it's not a new feature it's a bug in the custom asset function when adding image its make it bigger, why you publish something if it's in beta, I build all my client site depend on custom asset  

    Sorry but this is not accepted at all, we are talking about bugs here not about a new feature
