Error displaying elements

Hi, all elements such as icons and buttons are giving me issues. If it try to press on them it gives me the error “an error happen while trying to display this element” and then the page crashes. Any ideas what to do? Really need to have this fixed ASAP.

  Hi,

  Thank you for your message.

  I suppose you have an old WordPress version and there is some server error with SVG files. But we need the site URL and your WP admin credentials to investigate this. Please provide FTP and WP admin credentials. In the meantime, try to create a new test pate, with the default Worpdress Classic editor, and add your images there, and check if they work. If there are not displayed in the classic editor, then you should ask your hosting provider or check what plugin may cause these issues by deactivating them one by one.
  If you have Brizy Cloud, please provide your Website URL. Could you please check if you have the latest Brizy Free 2.2.17 and Brizy Pro 2.2.11 version?

  Hi Brizy Team,

  same here. When I try to change an Icon, Brizy crashes and shows up an empty Page...

  I have the latest Brizy and Brizy Pro versions and as far as I can remember, I already switched off all plugins.

  Any suggestions? I could provide you with FTP and WP login.

  Hello Shimmy!

  Please make sure that you are using the latest Brizy plugin versions, which are 2.3.18 for Brizy free and 2.3.14 for Brizy Pro.

  Try to fully reinstall plugins (deactivate, remove, install again)

  Clear the website cache and check your page again. And Deactivate all other plugins Leave Brizy activated only, and check if you still face the trouble.

  Let me know the results.
