How can I tell if all of the Pro elements are displayed in the list of elements?

    Thank you for your message.

    In Brizy Pro all the elements are displayed in the dashboard see here, in Brizy Free just some of them, see here.

    Just as I suspected, I have only the Brizy free elements...I originally signed up for the Brizy Wordpress Pro does that not apply to the Brizy Cloud. Do I need to buy a seperate Brizy Cloud account?

    Thank you for your message.

    We just checked your account and find that you have already activated the Pro Package in Brizy Cloud and you have all the pro elements in your dashboard. If you have another email with which you log in to Brizy Cloud, please send it to us and we will check if Pro elements are activated there.

    I have compared the Pro and Free elements list as you showed in your last answer. I definitely have the free not the pro elements. Can you please correct that. Thank you.

    We see on your Cloud page all the PRO elements, see here.   Please send me a screenshot of what items you have in your sidebar. Maybe you hid some elements, see this video
