I have a personal pro subscription yet I am presented with screen below and cant download to html

Dear Brizy Support,

I have a subscription yet I am still seeing pro showing whenever I attempt to download to html. Also I am unable to download website project to HTML kindly assist resolve.

  Hi,

  can you please clear the browser cache and check again? We recently added these changes so it could be a cache issue. Also, try logging out and then logging in to your account.
