Brizy CLoud Unable to Publish.. Ask for PRO even though I am PRO on Profile (3rd time with this issue)

Built a landing page on Brizy..Added a team member designer who edited the site.. Now when tying to publish it will not let me publish the site, it is asking for PRO even to download HTML

**We keep having issues with the PRO permissions.
