    Hi John,

    can you please confirm that we are talking about the latest Brizy versions - Free 2.2.17. and PRO 2.2.11? Have you tried disabling all your external plugins? Maybe there is a plugin that conflicts with Brizy and so the activation field is not visible to you in the dasbhoard.

    When I get a response through Zendesk email, do you not get it or is there something wrong with your support system? I replied and nothing. Still having problems and especially with one site as now I've sorted out the others myself as the time taken. This is really soul destroying guys to be honest.

    I just checked your account but I don't see any response from your user. Did you respond here in the community or in a private ticket in zendesk? In any case, the comment above is the last message I received from you after my question about the Brizy version. Can you please duplicate the response here? After that, I will create a private ticket and we will try to help you in a timely manner - today.

    Hey John,

    when we reply here, you get an email notification from email noreply@brizy.zendesk.com and there is a note in that email

    "Please do not reply to this message. Email replies will not update Help Center content."

    That's why we don't see your reply here.
    So please pay attention next time DO NOT reply to noreply email.

    (it seems awkward, but this is how Zendesk software works, unfortunately)
