Brizy AI builder with Lifetime Pro Plan
I have licenses for Lifetime Pro Plan. If I recall AI builder worked ok. Trying it again in 2.0. Receiving:
Out of AI credits
AI credits limit reached. Upgrade plan or Buy Credits
Is AI not included ? Is there a bug? If not, what does say $5 of Credits supply? page, site or how can one see how credits are used. - Thanks

To help clarify why you're seeing the "AI credits have run out" notification, I'd like to explain how Brizy AI has evolved and why its different versions have different usage requirements.

June 2024 – Brizy AI Builder (First Version): We introduced the first version of Brizy AI Builder, powered by our in-house AI technology. January 2026 – Brizy AI 1.5: We launched an enhanced version of Brizy AI Builder, featuring more advanced in-house technology and improved website-generation capabilities. This version did not include a chatbot and continued to provide AI website-building functionality at no additional cost. Read more: Meet Brizy AI 1.5.

July 2026 – Brizy AI 1.7: We introduced further improvements to Brizy AI Builder, including a native chatbot, while continuing to offer its AI functionality without additional charges. You can learn more here: Meet Brizy AI 1.7.
- June 25, 2026 - Brizy AI 2.0 Beta: This introduced a different approach to AI website creation. Unlike the earlier versions, AI 2.0 Beta integrates a conversational chatbot directly into the Brizy Cloud editor. It connects to external Large Language Models (LLMs) through APIs, allowing you to generate and modify websites using natural-language instructions. Since these external AI services incur usage-based costs, using this chatbot requires LLM credits.
The important distinction is that Brizy AI 1.7 and Brizy AI 2.0 Beta use different technologies and have different usage requirements.

Brizy AI version AI 1.7: You can continue using the original AI website-building experience at https://ai.brizy.io/ without purchasing additional LLM credits.

Brizy AI 2.0 Beta: If you want to use the conversational chatbot integrated into the Brizy Cloud editor to generate or modify websites, you'll need LLM credits to cover the usage of external AI services.
In short, AI features powered by Brizy's in-house technology are included at no additional cost, while features that rely on external LLM APIs require additional credits.
Therefore, the notification you're seeing in the Brizy Cloud editor relates specifically to your use of the Brizy AI 2.0 Beta chatbot. It does not mean that access to the earlier Brizy AI Builder has been discontinued or that you need to purchase credits to use Brizy AI 1.7.
We understand that knowing how your credits are being consumed is important, especially when using AI for different tasks. To address this, we're currently working on a credit usage log that will show when credits are consumed and how many credits each AI activity uses. This feature will help monitor your usage and understand how credits get used for different tasks. This is still under development and is not available yet.
In the meantime, to get a rough idea of how far your credits go, you could start with a small $5 LLM credit purchase and experiment with the chatbot. This should give you a practical idea of how many tasks you can complete with that amount before deciding whether you need additional credits.
