    Hello Mario,

To help us better understand what’s happening and identify the most appropriate solution, could you please try the following troubleshooting steps?

    1. Check the link’s position on the screen: If the affected link is close to the bottom edge of your iPad’s screen, the cursor may be interacting with the Home Indicator or triggering a system gesture instead of activating the link. Please try scrolling the page slightly up or down to move the link away from the bottom edge, then try clicking it again. You can also adjust the tracking speed under Settings → General → Trackpad to see whether this improves cursor control.

    2. Try tapping the link directly: Some website elements may behave differently when using a trackpad. Please try tapping the same link directly on your iPad’s touchscreen. This will help us determine whether the issue is specific to trackpad input or also occurs when using touch.

    3. Check your pointer and accessibility settings: Certain pointer configurations or accessibility features may affect cursor behavior. Please navigate to Settings → Accessibility → Pointer Control and check whether adjusting the available settings makes any difference.

Once you’ve tried these steps, please let us know which ones you tested and whether you noticed any improvement. This information will help us narrow down the cause and recommend the next steps.

Regarding the AI features, please note that using the AI chatbot requires purchasing LLM credits. To help us better understand the issue, could you please clarify what you mean when you say you’re unable to use any of the AI features? Specifically:

    • Which AI features are you trying to use?
    • What steps do you follow when attempting to use them?
    • What happens when you try? For example, do you see an error message, does the feature fail to respond, or is the option unavailable?

If possible, please also share a screenshot of the issue or any error message you receive. With these additional details, we’ll be better equipped to understand what’s going wrong and help you find a solution.
