Brizy Cloud Memberships – Customization of Registration Emails and Sender Identity

Dear Brizy Support Team,

We are currently using Brizy Cloud's membership system to manage member registration and access to the virtual learning environments of Psicoarte Studio® – School of Art Psychology.

We have identified an important issue with the automated email sent when a new member registers.

Currently, the system sends a generic registration confirmation email from:

noreply@brizy.cloud

This creates a significant problem for our institution.

A person registering with Psicoarte Studio® has no reason to know what Brizy is or that our website was developed using your platform.

As a result, receiving a welcome email from an unfamiliar company may cause confusion, distrust, or even lead the recipient to consider the message suspicious and ignore it.

Furthermore, the automatically generated email content does not reflect our institutional identity, communication style, or the information we need to provide to our members.

Our members register with Psicoarte Studio®, not with Brizy. Their registration confirmation should clearly reflect that relationship.

We would therefore appreciate clarification on the following questions:

1. Sender identity: Is it possible to replace noreply@brizy.cloud with an institutional email address associated with our domain?

2. Email customization: Can we edit the subject line, message content, institutional branding, and links included in the automated registration email?

3. Login destination: Can we configure the email to direct registered members to our central access page at https://www.psicologiadelarte.com/formaciones instead of the website's homepage?

4. White Label: Are these customization options available exclusively through a White Label subscription, or can they be enabled within our current Brizy Cloud plan?

5. Alternative solutions: If these changes are not currently supported, is there a way to disable the default registration email and replace it with our own automated institutional notification while preserving Brizy's membership and authentication system?

We believe this is an essential requirement for any organization using Brizy Cloud to manage memberships under its own institutional identity.

We would appreciate a clear explanation of the available options and the steps required to implement them.

  Hello Leonardo,

  We understand how important it is for Psicoarte Studio® to maintain a consistent institutional identity and provide members with a clear, trustworthy registration experience. However, Brizy Cloud offers a very basic membership feature and most of the email customization options you are looking for are not currently supported. Please find the details below. 

  1. Sender identity: The sender email address for membership notifications is configured at the builder level and applies across projects. Unfortunately, it cannot be customized separately for an individual project. As a result, changing the default sender address from noreply@brizy.cloud to an institutional email address associated with your domain is not currently supported.
  2. Email content and branding: The automated registration email cannot currently be customized to change its subject line, message content, institutional branding, or included links. We understand that these limitations make it difficult to deliver a registration experience that fully reflects your institution's identity.
  3. Registration confirmation link: The link included in the automated registration email directs members to the website's homepage by default. Unfortunately, there is currently no option to change this destination to your central access page at https://www.psicologiadelarte.com/formaciones.
  4. White Label subscription: The White Label subscription provides one additional option relevant to your request: changing the default sender email address from noreply@brizy.cloud to an address associated with your own domain, such as registrations@psicologiadelarte.com.
     However, White Label does not currently enable customization of the registration email's subject line, message content, branding, or destination links. These limitations therefore remain even with a White Label subscription.
  5. Alternative email notification solutions: Unfortunately, Brizy Cloud does not currently provide an option to disable the default registration email and replace it with a custom institutional notification while continuing to use its built-in membership and authentication system.
