    Hello Stores24X7 Inc,

We’re very sorry to share this news, but unfortunately, your website project appears to be permanently lost and cannot currently be recovered from Brizy Cloud. We understand how upsetting this must be, especially given the time and effort invested in building your website, and we sincerely regret the inconvenience this has caused.

We’d like to explain what happened and the steps that led to this situation. Brizy Cloud has used two project formats:

    • Legacy project format: Used for projects created before February 2021.
    • CMS project format: Used for projects created after February 2021.

Your website was created using the legacy project format, which was eventually deprecated.

To help users preserve their websites, we introduced a migration tool in mid-June 2025. A notification was displayed in user dashboards asking customers to migrate their legacy projects by August 1, 2025.

We also sent a newsletter to Brizy users on June 19, 2025, explaining the need to migrate deprecated projects. To give users additional time, we subsequently extended the migration deadline to October 15, 2025.

After October 15, 2025, the migration tool was withdrawn. Users could still migrate their projects manually for a limited period, but that period has also expired. Unfortunately, there is currently no available option to retrieve your project from Brizy Cloud.

Although we cannot recover the original project through Brizy Cloud, there may still be a way to rebuild your website using archived versions of its pages. You can check the Internet Archive’s Wayback Machine for previously saved versions of your website: View archived versions of Sanchitchopra.com

If the archived pages are available, you may be able to use them as a reference to recreate your website as a new project in your Brizy Cloud dashboard. We recognize that rebuilding your website will take time and effort, and we’re genuinely sorry that we cannot offer a simpler recovery option at this stage. We wanted to be transparent about the situation while pointing you toward the most practical alternative available.

    Thank you for your understanding.
