URGENT: 'Made with Brizy' Badge Still Appearing Despite Being Disabled

Hello Brizy Support Team,

I'm reaching out because I'm experiencing an issue with one of my websites www.victorherrera.net that needs urgent attention.

I've been a Brizy Cloud customer since the platform first launched, having purchased my lifetime plan through AppSumo. I've been using Brizy for years without any major problems.

However, recently, the "Made with Brizy" badge has started appearing on my website, even though I have the option to disable it in my account settings.

Here's the issue:

  • The "Made With" Badge option is available in my website settings.

  • I have already turned the option OFF and saved the changes.

  • Despite this, the badge continues to appear on the live website.

  • This is only happening on this particular website. My other websites built with Brizy Cloud are working correctly and do not display the badge.

I've attached screenshots showing both the disabled setting and the badge still appearing on the published website.

This is a serious concern for my business. My website represents my professional photography brand, and prospective clients visit it regularly. Having a third-party branding badge displayed against my settings affects the professional presentation of my business.

As an early Brizy Cloud customer with a lifetime plan, I would appreciate having this issue investigated and resolved as soon as possible.

Could you please check whether there is a technical issue with the badge settings on my website and ensure that the "Made with Brizy" badge is completely removed?

I would also appreciate confirmation once the issue has been fixed.

    We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the unexpected appearance of the “Made with Brizy” badge on your website. The issue began after a major Brizy Cloud update rolled out on Saturday and affected projects that were updated following the release.

    The bug has now been fixed. Could you please check your website and confirm whether the badge is no longer appearing? Thank you for your patience while we worked to resolve this. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to your confirmation.
