Cookie banner (don't appear)

Hi, I'm using Brizy Cloud. I've tried several services for installing the cookie banner, but none of them have worked, so I'm thinking the problem might be with Brizy Cloud.

I'm placing the code in the project settings under the header.

Unfortunately, when I check the installation, it fails, and the banner never appears.

I've also enabled the “Ember code” option in Brizy, but nothing has changed.

Can you help me?

  Hello Francesco,

  Since you’ve tried several services to install the cookie banner without success, have you removed the cookie banner code from your project? If you have, please add the code from any one of the providers you’ve tried back to your project and share the published website URL with us.

  We’ll review the implementation to investigate why the cookie banner isn’t appearing and help you determine the next steps. We’ll be happy to look into this.
