Buongiorno,

sul sito https://atelplastik.eu (WordPress, Brizy e Brizy Pro) alcune immagini non si vedono. Il browser mostra il riquadro rotto.

Le immagini rotte usano un indirizzo di questo tipo:

https://atelplastik.eu/?brizy_media=wp-e34e2fde12ccf85b898818e1ca6fd584.png&brizy_crop=original

Quel link risponde HTTP 200 con content-type text/html e restituisce la pagina del sito, non il file immagine. Lo stesso succede sulle foto della pagina https://atelplastik.eu/bioclimatica/ (Addossata, Isola, Tettoia e l’immagine grande in alto) e sul logo nel footer.

Gli indirizzi con mato-builder_media invece restituiscono un JPEG valido. Anche i file già scritti in /wp-content/uploads/brizy/imgs/ rispondono 200 come image/jpeg. I file originali in /wp-content/uploads/2022/ esistono (per esempio logo_footer.png).

Il file richiamato da Brizy, /wp-content/uploads/2022/10/wp-e34e2fde12ccf85b898818e1ca6fd584.png, risponde 404.

Potete indicarci come far riconoscere di nuovo il parametro brizy_media, oppure come rigenerare questi media dal pannello Brizy?

  To help resolve the image display issue on your website, we recommend trying the steps below. The Layout Recompiler for Brizy plugin can recompile your existing layouts and may help resolve the issue.

  1. Install the plugin: Install the Layout Recompiler for Brizy plugin from the WordPress Plugin Repository:
     
     

  2. Open the Layout Recompiler: In your WordPress Admin Dashboard, go to: Tools → Layout Recompiler
     
     

  3. Start the recompilation: Click the “Start Recompilation” button and wait for the process to complete.

     
     

  Once the recompilation is complete, please revisit your website and check whether the images are displaying correctly.
