Why dos the cloud editor keep dumping my saved designs?
After Brizy cloud dumped a huge design push, I was devastated and started saving after each minor change, then went to bed, got up, and started working. 80% of the changes were gone, no undo, so I went to the dashboard, went back to edit, nothing..
Any advice?

Hello Greg,
Once you save your changes in Brizy Cloud, those changes will remain saved unless you make further updates. Your project’s design does not change automatically without an action being taken.
However, having the same project open in multiple browser tabs can lead to unexpected results or the loss of more recent changes if you update the project from an older tab. For example, imagine you have 25 browser tabs open, with the Brizy Cloud editor running in several of them. Each tab reflects a different stage of your work:
- Tab 3: Design updated at 10:00 AM
- Tab 9: Design updated at 1:00 PM
- Tab 14: Design updated at 3:00 PM
- Tab 19: Design updated at 4:30 PM
- Tab 24: Design updated at 6:00 PM
At the end of the day, suppose you return to Tab 3, which still contains the older 10:00 AM version, and click the Update button. If that tab saves its outdated version of the project, it could overwrite your more recent work, causing you to lose the changes made between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
To help prevent this, we recommend the following precautions:
- Keep only one editing tab open per project. Close older tabs before continuing your work, especially if they contain outdated versions of the page.
- Use one computer at a time to edit your Brizy Cloud project. If you’re signed in and editing the same project on multiple computers or laptops, make sure you don’t have conflicting editing sessions.
These precautions can help prevent older versions from overwriting your latest changes.
We hope this helps clarify what may have happened. If you continue to experience unexpected changes or missing content, please let us know. We’ll be happy to investigate further and help you protect your work.
