I have not been using Brizy for many years. I noticed that you keep charging me every year.

can you refund the amount $73 you charged last month.

I can cancelled my auto renewal now.

  Hello Manu,

  I can confirm that your subscription is cancelled and no further charges will be made to your card. You will continue to have full access to PRO features through the end of your current billing cycle on September 16, 2027.
  
  

  Regarding your refund request, our policy allows for refunds on brand-new subscriptions within 30 days, but we are unable to offer refunds for automatic renewals, as detailed in Section 7.4 of our Terms and Conditions. We completely understand that this might be disappointing news. We truly appreciate the time you've spent building with Brizy, and if you ever decide to jump back in down the road, we would love to welcome you back.
