Brizy Display Conditions dropdown triggers PHP fatal error (Free 2.8.24 / Pro 2.8.12)

I'm experiencing an issue with Brizy Theme Builder on octopushive.com.

When configuring Display Conditions for a Single template, the post selection dropdown remains stuck loading. This happens with both standard WordPress Posts and an ACF Pro custom post type.

Environment:

• Brizy Free: 2.8.24

• Brizy Pro: 2.8.12

• PHP: 8.2.34

• PHP memory limit: 256 MB

• Web server: nginx 1.30.4

• Custom post type created with ACF Pro; REST API registration confirmed

Failed AJAX requests:

admin-ajax.php?action=brizy_rule_posts_group_list&postType=monster

Returns HTTP 500 with the WordPress critical-error message.

admin-ajax.php?action=brizy_validate_rule

Returns HTTP 400 with "The rule is already used".

The Display Conditions selector also fails for standard Posts, so this doesn't appear isolated to the custom post type.

Could you investigate the PHP fatal error in brizy_rule_posts_group_list and confirm whether there is a known compatibility issue with Brizy Free 2.8.24 and Pro 2.8.12?

  I tested the process of adding a blog post template using Brizy 2.8.24 and Brizy Pro 2.8.12, but I couldn’t reproduce the PHP Fatal error. The condition was added successfully in my test environment
