Pop-Up Problem once Published
Hi, I'm having the same issue as Martin. His thread is found here:

Like Martin, I’m having an issue with one of my WordPress sites: the site works perfectly, but as soon as I create a popup, the frontend display breaks completely, and the popup doesn't appear at all.
In his situation, it was a conflicting script. Might it be the same with mine?
Could you take a look at it? I'll provide whatever details you need to investigate.
Regards,
Josh

Hello Josh,
Thank you for providing access to your website.
During our initial investigation, we noticed that two Brizy CSS files are returning “404 File Not Found” errors, even before the popup is enabled. Your can see the errors at: 404 File Not Found errors We recommend resolving these errors first, as they may be related to how your Brizy pages have been compiled.
To address this, we suggest using the Layout Recompiler for Brizy, a WordPress plugin developed by my colleague Ariel from the Brizy Support team. The plugin is designed to recompile Brizy pages and has helped other Brizy customers resolve similar issues.
Here’s how we propose to proceed:
- Create a full website backup. Before making any changes, we want to ensure your website can be restored if needed.
- Recompile your Brizy content. Once you confirm that a full backup is available, we’ll install the plugin and use it to recompile your Brizy pages.
- Verify the CSS errors. We’ll check whether the missing CSS files are now loading correctly.
- Investigate the popup issue. Once the CSS errors have been addressed, we’ll test the popup again. If the problem persists, we’ll continue troubleshooting to identify its underlying cause.
Could you please confirm once you’ve taken a full backup of your website? With your confirmation, we can proceed with the recommended steps.
Thank you for your cooperation. We’ll work through these issues systematically to resolve the underlying problem and get your popup working as expected. Looking forward to your confirmation.

Hi KC George,
I understand the steps you will take, and have taken a local, full website backup via WPvivid plugin.
You are free to proceed!

Hello Josh,
We’ve resolved the issue that was causing the popup to affect your website’s frontend.
Here’s what we did to fix it:
- Recompiled your Brizy pages: We used the Layout Recompiler for Brizy plugin to recompile all your Brizy pages.
- Resolved the CSS errors: After recompiling the pages, we confirmed that the 404 errors were no longer occurring.
- Removed the plugin: Since the recompilation was complete and the plugin is no longer needed, we removed it from your website.
- Tested the popup: We enabled the popup again and confirmed that it displays correctly across your pages, appearing approximately one second after each page loads, without affecting the website’s frontend layout.
Could you please visit your website and confirm that everything is now working as expected? If you notice any further issues or need additional assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’ll be happy to help.
