Urgent Support Request: Error 502 When Importing Brizy AI Website to WordPress

I am trying to import a website generated with Brizy AI into my WordPress website, but I have been experiencing a 502 Bad Gateway error since yesterday.

The error appears on the Brizy AI website (ai.brizy.io) during the import process. The error page indicates that my browser and Cloudflare are working correctly, but the Brizy host is experiencing an issue.

I am unable to complete the website import, and this delay is preventing me from proceeding with my website setup.

Could you please investigate this issue and help me resolve it as soon as possible? If there is a server-side problem or an issue with my import session, please advise me on the necessary steps to complete the import successfully.

I have attached a screenshot of the error for your reference.

  We sincerely apologize that you’re unable to complete the website import and that this issue is delaying your website setup. 

  Our office reopens in a few hours following the two-day weekend break.   Could you please try importing the AI website into your WordPress instance again? The issue should now be resolved, so you should be able to proceed. Please let us know if you encounter any further difficulties.
