Contact form button not loading to add email

Hi I am trying to add an email to deliver messages to on the contact form and it just has a infinite loop circle and no action, it just hangs there

  Hello Tanya,

  Are you referring to the contact form on this page: https://roseberypt.brizy.site/contact? We’ve fixed the issue, so you should now be able to configure email notifications for the form on this page.

  Hello Tanya,

  It appears that the original contact form on the page became corrupted. To resolve the issue, I recreated the form in a new block directly below the original. You’ll now see two identical contact blocks on the page. The second block contains the newly recreated form, and the "Send" button should now be clickable, with email notifications working as expected.

  Could you please test the form in the second block to confirm that everything is working correctly? If the layout and content look identical to the original, you can safely delete the first block and keep the second one. Please let us know if you encounter any further issues. We’ll be happy to assist!
