Urgent Support Required: AI Website Generation Error for the Last 3 Days
Dear Brizy Support Team,
I have been experiencing an issue with Brizy AI website generation for the last three days. Whenever I try to generate my website, the process gets stuck on the “Building your AI site” screen and displays the error message: “Something went wrong, please try again.”
I have tried generating the website multiple times, but the issue persists. This is preventing me from proceeding with my website project.
I kindly request your technical team to investigate the issue, identify the cause, and resolve it as soon as possible.
I have attached a screenshot of the error for your reference. Please look into this matter on priority and let me know if you require any additional information from my side.

I tested the AI website generation process on our side and was able to successfully generate a website: View the generated website. I repeated the same process four times, and each attempt completed successfully without any errors. At this point, we’re unable to reproduce the issue you reported. Could you sign in to your WordPress Dashboard and test the AI website generation process again using
- A different laptop or computer
- A different web browser
- A different Internet Service Provider/network
This will help us determine whether the issue is related to your current device, browser, or network environment. If the issue persists after trying these steps, please share a screen recording showing the complete process and the error. This will give us a better understanding of what is happening on your side and help us investigate further.
