Website Workspace Lost URL - unable to access or edit

I cannot gain access to edit one of my sites within the builder, as it looks like the internal brizy URL associated with the site is no longer there, and I get an internal 500 error - this is urgent as I cannot edit a customer site - any ideas on how to resolve this?

  Hello Benjamin,

  I checked all six projects in your account, and all of them are opening correctly in the editor. If you’re still experiencing the issue, could you please let us know which project is affected? Please share:

  • Project Name
  • Preview URL

  This will help us identify the affected project and investigate the issue further.
