Ive made all of the changes to Cpanel and still I'm getting the "referesh error" when trying to update my Brizy Site

Also when I try updating through Wordpress it is not working either just constantly tries loading but never finishes. Please help. My other Brizy websites do not have this issue. Ive tried deactivating all of the plugins besides Brizy and it still does not fix the issue.
