I signed up to Brizy cloud, account established and paid, When i go to sign into the cloud I get an error message ????

  Hello Jeffery,

  It looks like you signed up through one of our resellers, Ippei.com. The reseller account is currently experiencing an issue, which is preventing you from accessing your Brizy Cloud dashboard.

  We can detach your account from the Ippei.com site builder, which should allow you to access your Brizy account directly. After this is done, you’ll be able to sign in using your existing credentials at: Brizy Account Login

  Please confirm if you would like us to proceed with detaching your account from the Ippei.com site builder.
