Subject: Brizy AI 2.0 – "AI credits limit reached" before generating anything
Hello Brizy Team,
I was looking forward to trying out Brizy AI 2.0, which you have been promoting as a major update to your AI website builder. I prepared a detailed prompt for a multi-page agency website and started the generation in my Brizy Cloud account as described.
Unfortunately, instead of any result, I only received the message "AI credits limit reached", along with the options to upgrade my plan or buy credits. No website, not even a partial draft, was generated.
I would expect to be able to test it at least once before being asked to pay more. Hitting a paywall on the very first attempt, without any prior notice about credit limits, is pretty disappointing.
Could you please help me with the following:
1. Why was my credit limit already reached, even though I did not receive any generated output?
2. Would it be possible to add some credits to my account so I can properly evaluate Brizy AI 2.0 before deciding on an upgrade?
My account email is: murat@herr-kurt.de
I would genuinely like to give the new AI feature a fair try, so I would appreciate a quick response.
Kind regards,
Murat Kurt

Hello Murat,
Brizy AI 2.0 uses external LLM providers to power website generation and AI-assisted modifications. Because of this, LLM credits are required whenever you use AI 2.0 to create or modify a website. Currently, no free LLM credits are included with your account, so AI-assisted website generation and modifications require the purchase of LLM credits.
The approach here is similar to how OpenAI handles usage on its API platform, https://platform.openai.com/chat/edit where AI usage is charged based on the amount of processing required.
If you’d like to try Brizy AI 2.0, kinldy click the “Buy Credits” link to purchase credits. You don’t need to make a big purchase to test the feature—even a small amount, such as $5, should be sufficient to get started and see how AI 2.0 works.
