PopUp Problem

Hello,

I’m having a strange issue with one of my WordPress sites: the site works perfectly, but as soon as I create a popup, the frontend display breaks completely, and the popup doesn't appear at all. I’ve been dealing with this problem for over six months now. At first, I thought I’d just wait for the next update, but the issue persists. Could you take a look at it?

  Thank you for reaching out.

  Could you please temporarily disable all plugins except Brizy and Brizy Pro, then check if the issue still occurs?

  If the issue no longer appears, it’s likely caused by a conflict with a third-party plugin. You can find the conflicting plugin by re-enabling them one by one while testing the popup, until the issue occurs again.

  If the issue continues even with only Brizy and Brizy Pro active, please send us your site’s credentials so we can take a closer look. Kindly add us as an Admin user to your WordPress Dashboard and send the following details to communitysupport@brizy.io.

  Hi Martin,

  Thank you for your cooperation. 

  Upon checking, it appears to be connected to the script embedded near the footer area of the site. The script seems to be causing a conflict that breaks the frontend whenever a new popup is created.

  

  To confirm this, I duplicated the page here: https://www.arztpraxis-holzgerlingen.de/test-page. I removed the embedded script from the duplicated page, and the popup is working correctly there.

  

  As a next step, we also recommend reaching out to the developers of the script to let them know about the conflict and asking if they can provide a fix.
