New website

I have Personal Cloud and license to one website. We are making a new website and after it is ready we will move the license to that one. However, we don't currently have access to all the features because we have to build the other site using the free version. How could we build the new site using the Pro version, even though we won't publish it until the site currently in use is taken offline?

  Hello Veli-Matti,

  Since you currently have one PRO license, it can only be active on one project at a time. You therefore cannot use PRO features on two projects simultaneously.

  Kindly consider these two options:

  1. Transfer the PRO license between projects
     You can deactivate the PRO license from one project and activate it on another. However, while the license is inactive, the original website will lose access to PRO features. A “Made with Brizy” badge will appear on the frontend, and you will no longer be able to edit PRO features on that project. The custom domain may also stop working after a few days.
     
     

     Because of these limitations, transferring the license may not be the most convenient option if both websites need to remain fully operational during development.

  2. Purchase an additional license
     You could purchase the Personal Cloud monthly plan for $19/month and cancel it after one month if you no longer need it. This would give both projects PRO access during the transition period, allowing you to work on the second website without affecting the first one.

     While this involves an additional $19 cost, it may be the more convenient option if you expect to complete the second website within one month.
