Hi, I am trying to use the ai bot in the builder to help design a new services page based on copy I have but get Your LLM token balance has been reached.

Where can I manage this as can't find it anywhere, can I link my own api key here?

  It will soon be possible to purchase LLM credits directly from your Brizy account. We’re currently working on the credit-purchase page and finalizing the details to make the process available within your account. We appreciate your patience while we complete this work. As soon as the page is ready and the feature becomes available, we’ll keep you informed.

  Regarding the “Bring Your Own API Key” option, we’re still evaluating this possibility and haven’t made a final decision yet. As we have more clarity or any updates to share, we’ll keep you informed.

  I too am receiving this message after a single prompt that generated a useless answer about Wordpress in a Brizy Cloud site: Your LLM token balance has been reached.

  Brizy AI 2.0 relies on external LLM providers to power website generation and AI-assisted modifications. Therefore, LLM credits are required whenever you use AI 2.0 to generate or modify your website.

  We’re currently working on the LLM credit purchase page, which will allow users to purchase credits directly from their Brizy accounts. Until this feature is released, the AI 2.0 chatbot is not yet fully operational. We appreciate your patience while we complete this work and make the full AI 2.0 experience available.

  For several days, I have been receiving the message: “Your LLM token balance has been reached.” As a result, I cannot use the AI Builder or AI 2.0 features for projects that were planned around this service.

  I understand from your recent updates that the LLM credit purchase page is still being completed and that the AI 2.0 chatbot is not yet fully operational. However, it would be very helpful to have more transparency about the current situation. Could you please clarify:

  • How many LLM credits or tokens were initially allocated to my account?
  • Is there a scheduled reset or renewal of the current token balance?
  • Is there an estimated timeline for the credit-purchase page and full AI 2.0 functionality to become available?
  • If the service will remain unavailable for an extended period, what alternatives or guidance can you provide for users with active projects that depend on these features?

  I genuinely appreciate the work Brizy’s team is doing and want to continue supporting the platform. However, the situation has been difficult to plan around, especially while Brizy AI 2.0 continues to be promoted on social media without a clear explanation of the current credit limitations and availability for existing users.

  A transparent update would help us decide whether to wait for the feature to become operational or move time-sensitive projects to another platform.

  Hello Iván,

  We launched the AI credit purchase page today. When you reach your AI credit limit, you’ll see the message “AI credits limit reached” along with a “Buy Credits” link. Simply click "Buy Credits" to purchase additional credits for creating and modifying websites with Brizy AI.

    No free AI credits were allocated to your account.
  • Is there a scheduled reset or renewal of the current credit balance?
    No. Free AI credits are not automatically released at regular intervals. Additional AI credits need to be purchased when required.
  • Is there an estimated timeline for the credit-purchase page and full AI 2.0 functionality?
    The credit-purchase feature was launched today and is now available.
  • What alternatives are available if the service remains unavailable for an extended period?
    Since the AI credit purchase feature is now available, you can purchase additional credits and continue using Brizy AI for website creation and modifications. Therefore, this concern no longer applies.
