Site launch - still sitting in Coming Soon holding page

Hi 
Need some assistance to find out why my site isn't launching.  
www.designedtolive.com.au 

From preview pages I can get it seen and sometimes when I copy the url across to another page it will launch and I can jump around the menus. But when I do an incognito page it still advises the coming soon page.  

Not sure what to do next? Any guidance would be appreciated.

  Thanks for reaching out.

  We checked your website and found that it was still set to Coming Soon / Maintenance Mode, which was why visitors were seeing the Coming Soon page instead of the live website.

  

  We’ve now disabled both modes, so your website should be accessible normally. Please try opening the site again in an incognito/private window and check if everything is working as expected.
