  Hello Tami,

  The PHP ZIP extension allows your website to natively read, create, and modify .zip compressed archives using PHP. Enabling this extension is required for Brizy to work correctly. If your hosting account provides access to cPanel, you can enable the PHP ZIP extension by following this tutorial: How to Enable ZIP Extension in cPanel

  If you don’t have access to cPanel, please contact your hosting provider and ask them to enable the php-zip extension for your website. Once the extension is enabled, please try the operation again and let us know if you continue to experience the issue.
