Hi,

Is it possible to edit a website using AI after the website has been generated with AI?

  Hello Yianakis,

  The AI website generation process consists of three steps. The key point to keep in mind is that AI-based editing is available while you are in Step 2. Once you proceed to Step 3, the AI editing options are no longer available.

  1. Initial Generation: 

  Provide your prompt and other inputs, such as global colors and typography, and let AI generate the initial website.

  2. Make Changes

  Once the website has been generated, you can preview it and continue refining it using AI. At this stage, you can:

  • Regenerate the entire website
  • Regenerate individual pages
  • Regenerate or edit text
  • Regenerate images or upload your own images
  • Change global colors and typography
  • Regenerate, delete, or move sections
  • Add new sections

  You can continue making these AI-powered changes until you are satisfied with the website.

  3. Import to WordPress

  Once you are happy with the AI-generated website, click “Publish” in the top-right corner to import the design into your WordPress project.

  Important: After you move to Step 3 and import the website into WordPress, you can no longer make changes to the website using the AI generation interface. Therefore, we recommend completing all AI-based customization and refinements in Step 2 before clicking “Publish.”
