Scrolling Issue

Hi, I have an order form embedded on my website https://secure.formcan.com/frfrc2mwyzw. On the website, when I scroll down the page, the scrolling doesn't work with the mouse, but I can use the arrow keys on the keyboard. This only happens on my website here: https://www.meldonmedia.com.au/real-estate-media-order-form. Is there an issue with the embedded code, or is it something to do with Brizy?

  Hello Don,

  Could you please try the following troubleshooting step to see if it resolves the issue? Please check the FormCan form/embed settings for an option related to automatic scrolling or field focus, such as:

  • Autofocus
  • Auto-scroll
  • Scroll to form
  • Focus first field
  • Scroll on validation

  If you find any of these options, please disable it temporarily and then test the form again to see whether the issue is resolved.
