ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROr

i'm receiving a visibility error message when trying to view the website publicly. here is the error:

This site can’t provide a secure connection
www.fripplife.com sent an invalid response.
ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR

this is for brizy cloud.

i had previously set up the domain with a prior website host and used cloudflare's services (for SSL deliverability). could this be the issue? i have since removed the domain from cloudflare and have seen no resolve in public visibility.
