Bought Wrong Plan

Hi,

I have Namecheap EasyWP and hit GoPro for Brizy AI help which sent me to buy the personal plan. I can't access it on my Namecheap, so I'm looking for a refund and maybe look at a different Namecheap plan. How to get in contact for a refund?

  Hello Marc,

  Let me restate my understanding to make sure we have your request exactly right. 

  You signed up for one of the hosting plans offered by Namecheap EasyWP and initially started developing your website using the Brizy Free plugin. You then clicked “Go Pro” in Brizy from your WordPress Admin and purchased the "Brizy Personal" plan at https://www.brizy.io/pricing-wordpress.

  You subsequently noticed that EasyWP includes Brizy Pro at no additional cost with its Turbo and Supersonic plans. Therefore, you would like to cancel and receive a refund for the "Personal" plan you purchased yesterday, and instead upgrade your EasyWP hosting plan to either "Turbo" or "Supersonic". Have we understood your request correctly?

  Hi George,

  Yes, this is the case.

  When I have the refund I will look to see what to do with my EasyWP Starter plan and either upgrade through there or continue with the standard editor.
