LinkedIn URL preview fails for Brizy Cloud custom domain — “internal connector error
Hello,
I’m experiencing a LinkedIn link-preview issue with my Brizy Cloud custom domain:
https://www.operationalrealitystandard.com/
LinkedIn Post Inspector reports:
“We encountered a internal connector error while trying to inspect the URL.”
When I paste the domain into a new LinkedIn draft post, LinkedIn does not generate a preview. Facebook is able to retrieve the Open Graph data.
I have tested the live homepage with a LinkedInBot user agent using curl and confirmed:
-
The canonical
https://www.operationalrealitystandard.com/homepage returns HTTP/2 200. -
The HTML contains static and well-formed Open Graph fields:
og:title,og:description,og:image,og:url, andog:type. -
The declared social image returns HTTP/2 200,
content-type: image/png, and is a valid 1200 × 627 image when requested with aLinkedInBotuser agent. -
https://operationalrealitystandard.com/correctly returns an HTTP 301 redirect tohttps://www.operationalrealitystandard.com/. -
HTTPS and TLS 1.2 are working in my curl tests.
Could you please investigate why LinkedIn’s own crawler appears unable to generate a preview for this domain, even though the live page and its Open Graph metadata are accessible in my curl tests (and to Facebook)?
Thank you.

Hello Ada,
Thank you for reporting this bug. We could confirm that social sharing previews are being blocked on LinkedIn for Brizy Cloud URLs. We’ve escalated the issue to our development team for further investigation.
We’ll keep you updated as we make progress toward identifying the cause and implementing a fix. We appreciate your patience as we take time to fix it.
