Popup blocking Navigation and Links

Dear Birzy-Support Team,

i have a problem with the pop up on my site.

The User cant click on a link oder navigation point unless the pop up is closed.

I dont have an overlay or close button, so user think the button they want to click is broken unless they click twice. 

The goal is, that if i click on any space on the website the button closes and immediatly goes to for example the next site, buttonlink etc. 

So no Click is wasted.

Thanks a lot for your help.

Newest Brizy and Brizy pro is active, blocks due to plugins tested. No custom CSS.

  Hello Sarah,

  The behavior you’re seeing is expected for popups. When a popup appears, it is displayed as an overlay on top of the webpage, preventing interaction with the content behind it. Hyperlinks on the page, become clickable again once the popup is closed.

  To display the content while allowing visitors to continue interacting with the page, a floating content widget would be required. You can use a plugin such as Advanced Floating Content to display the content in a floating area without blocking the rest of the page.
