Error installing template
Hi !
I'm getting a fatal error when trying to import a template in Brizy Pro and we get the message ""Something went wrong. Bad news, your starter template was not installed. Something went wrong and we couldn’t do it. Please contact us."".
Here are the details:
PLUGIN VERSIONS
- Brizy (free): 2.8.22
- Brizy Pro: 2.8.12
SERVER
- PHP version: 8.2.33 (also tested on PHP 7.4 — same exact error on both, so it does not appear to be a PHP-version compatibility issue)

I see the problem is addressed some days ago with a beta version, is that possible ? How do I get that version ?

Hello Alberto,
A fix for this issue is included in Brizy 2.8.23-beta, which you can download here: https://jmp.sh/share/APOZmHFJSiNj5Rnw176y. Once you install this version, the starter template issue should be resolved.
The fix will also be included in the next official Brizy release on the WordPress repository. You’ll receive an update notification in your WordPress dashboard as soon as that version is available. In the meantime, you can safely continue using Brizy 2.8.23-beta, so you don’t have to wait for the official release to resolve the issue.
