    Hello Stefano,

Kindly explore the following possible causes for the inconsistent delivery of email notifications after a form submission.

    • Sender verification: Many email hosting providers, particularly shared hosting providers, require the sender address to be verified before accepting messages. Please check whether your client’s email hosting provider (possibly Hawk Host) requires verification of the sender address notifications@brizy.cloud.
    • Server traffic: If your client’s email service is hosted on a shared server, high traffic during peak hours can sometimes affect the server’s ability to process and deliver individual emails. Please check whether their email service is hosted on a shared server and whether there are any delivery-related issues or limitations during peak periods.
    • Email filtering: Spam filters, security rules, or focused inbox settings may automatically filter, quarantine, or redirect automated emails. Please check whether spam filtering is enabled with your client’s email hosting provider. If so, their spam-filtering system may need to be trained by marking legitimate notifications as “Not Spam” or adding notifications@brizy.cloud to the allowlist/safe-sender list. This can help prevent legitimate notifications from being filtered in the future.
