Selling Brizy PRO Lifetime license I purchased in April 2019

Hello Brizy Team,

 

I purchased a Brizy PRO Lifetime license in April 2019 for:

- Brizy PRO for Wordpress - Lifetime, Unlimited Websites

- Access to Brizy Cloud included

 

After careful consideration, I have decided to sell this lifetime license to another user.

Before offering this license I would like you to confirm the information regarding the transfer that I found in the forum:

"You can transfer ownership of your LTD license by changing your email address and other details in your Brizy.io account under Account - Settings".

  Hello Dennis,

  Unfortunately, Brizy plans cannot be transferred to another person or account. This is specifically covered under Section 5.2 of our Terms and Conditions.
  
  The Terms state that the license granted by Brizy is limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable. This means that a Brizy plan is licensed to the account holder and cannot be sold, transferred, or otherwise assigned to another user.

  Subject to your full compliance with these Terms and the timely payment of any applicable fees, Brizy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Brizy platform and Services for the purpose of building, hosting, and managing websites through your Brizy account or for your clients.

  The Terms also prohibit modifying, copying, distributing, selling, licensing, or publishing any part of the Brizy platform.

  Regarding the advice you found on the forum, it is likely from a much older discussion, from a time when this restriction was not yet part of our Terms and Conditions. Our current Terms and Conditions take precedence over information shared in older forum discussions.
