The domain mapping is active — polarfox936a855e.brizy.site correctly redirects to www.shihabbukhari.com, and the site loads fine over HTTP. HTTPS fails with ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR, so no certificate was ever issued for the custom domain. DNS is verified and green in the dashboard. Please manually trigger Let's Encrypt issuance for both www.shihabbukhari.comand the apex.

  Thank you for the details.

  We checked the domain configuration, and the mapping itself appears to be working correctly. However, the existing AAAA  DNS records may be preventing Brizy Cloud from successfully issuing the SSL certificate.

  

  Could you please remove the AAAA records for shihabbukhari.com from your DNS settings?

  Once the AAAA records have been removed and the DNS changes have propagated, Brizy Cloud should be able to issue the SSL certificate automatically.

  Please let us know once this has been done so we can check the domain again.
