privacy policy pop-up isn't appearing

Hello Brizy Team, unfortunately, the privacy policy pop-up isn't appearing on my WordPress Brizy website, www.identity4kmu.ch.
I've integrated the embed code for the privacy policy service into a pop-up and enabled the terms and conditions.
Could you please help me get this working?

  Could you please provide more details about how you expect the privacy policy popup to work? For example, should it appear automatically when the page loads or only after clicking a button or link?

  Please also send us the exact embed code you added to the popup so we can replicate the setup and investigate the issue.
