Changes not saving
Dear Brizy-Team,
its me again.
I have a problem on a clients website:
If i open the editor, i can change things and save it without any problems.
But wehen i go on the Live-Website (Incognito-Tab) it is like it was before.
I have tried:
- deactivated all plugins except brizy + pro
Could you help me?

Thank you for reaching out. Since the editor is saving correctly but the live site still shows the old version, this may be related to server-side caching.
Please make sure you have the latest versions installed:
- Brizy Version 2.8.20
- Brizy Pro Version 2.8.12Then install the free Layout Recompiler for Brizy plugin and run a recompilation via Tools > Layout Recompiler. Afterward, clear all caches and check the live site again.
Let us know if this resolves the issue.

thank you fot your quick answer.
Unfortunately the Layout Recompiler did not work.
I already had the latest Brizy-Update but now took the 2.8.21 from your website.
Still no sucess.
I have send you the login- data to your support E-Mail.
Just in case.. maybe it helps.

Hi Sarah,
The issue appears to be caused by a persistent server-side cache.
You can view the latest version of your website by adding "?nocache=0" to the end of the URL. For example, to view the updated homepage, use:
https://senioren-fuer-andere.de/?nocache=0
This parameter temporarily bypasses the cached version on the front end, allowing the browser to load the most recent content and changes from the website.

To resolve the issue permanently, please contact your web hosting provider and ask them to purge or clear the server-side cache for your website.
