All my Licenses are expired, but why???
I have a ongoing subscription, which renewed automatically.
but still my licenses on my client sites are expired.

There are two reasons why your licenses have expired.
- Out of your total 37 licenses, 22 were generated from the previous Freelancer WordPress subscription. Because your Freelancer WordPress plan is no longer being renewed, the validity of the licenses generated from it will not get extended.
- Validity of your remaining 15 licenses were not extended on renewal of your Whitelabel WordPress plan, due to a bug with our license management system.
We manually extended the validity of all of your 37 licenses. To address the first issue noted above, we suggest that you delete the licenses generated from the Freelance WordPress plan and replace them with newly generated licenses. This will ensure that the validity of all of your licenses are extended upon subscription renewal. Licenses marked within the red rectangular box at https://jmp.sh/7YvGGvpK are the ones that were generates using Freelancer WordPress plan. You generated these licenses between August 21, 2023 and September 17, 2024. Replacing 22 licenses will require some effort and time. Please complete this process during the next one year, before July 24, 2027.
