Hi Brizy Support Team,

I am experiencing a critical issue with video playback on my website built with Brizy: https://produzionieversive.com/

Issue Description: Videos embedded/hosted on the site are not playing correctly. The video player either fails to load, displays a black frame, or does not start upon clicking play.

Details:

Troubleshooting performed so far:

  • Cleared browser cache and server/plugin cache.

  • Tested across multiple browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox) and devices (desktop/mobile).

  • Checked media links/embed tags to ensure the source links are valid.

Since our work relies heavily on video content, this is impacting the portfolio display significantly. Could you please inspect what might be causing this conflict or loading failure with the Brizy video element?

I can provide temporary admin access or system info if required.

I randomly visited a few pages on your website and was unable to reproduce the problem. Have a look at https://jmp.sh/share/h5brWSRgcxRUpF0KaPDA for my test.

    Can you provide us with more information, so that we can reproduce the problem at our end?

    • Which pages should we check?
    • Should we check specific videos on the above pages?
    • Maybe you can make a screen recording to demonstrate the issue and share it with us.
