Brizy Cloud contact form not working.

Hi there.

I cannot get the Brizy Cloud contact form working.

I've spent quite a while and tried so many different options, but just cannot get an email sent to my email address.

Brizy Cloud is recording the submissions as leads, but no matter what details I try in setting up the SMTP details, nothing is getting emailed to me.

I even tested the "from" email as my username email address and the curly brackets email code, and neither of these work. 

My hosting is HostMaria and I use SSL authentication, however, I do not see any box where I can specify my port number.

  Hello Greg,

  Kindly duplicate the form by selecting the "Duplcate" icon towards the top right corner of the form

  

  Reconfigure SMTP in the duplicated form following the recommendations below. Reuse your current settigns for other configurations, which are not mentioned here.   

  • Email To : Any email address other than your SMTP username. You could use a Gmail, Hotmail or another website domain email like info@quitwithgreg.co.uk
  • From Email: This should be same as your SMTP username
  • Port Number: 465 (This should be visible after duplicating the form)

  After making the above changes, please let us know if the issue resolves.
