I followed all the steps and installed both Google reCAPTCHA codes.

I can see the badge in the bottom right corner of the page, but I am still receiving a lot of spam and no verification is triggered when a user fills out the contact form.

Is everything working correctly on the Brizy side? Why is it not activating on my website?

  Hello there

  reCAPTCHA appears to be correctly setup and activated on the above page. reCAPTCHA v3 performs the user verification in the background and is invisible to users. It analyzes user's behavior and issues a risk score for specific actions without making it obvious. If you have selected v3, you would not see the "I am not a robot" checkbox or image puzzles.

  While reCAPTCHA is generally effective in blocking 70-80% of simple automated bot traffic, it will not block spam if a human manually fills out your form. When you say you receive a lot of spam, how many do you get in a week?
